Meet Our Owner

Theodore H. Rhodes, our founder, and Chief Operating Officer, has over 45 years of experience in all types of Real Estate.

Additionally, his grandfather was one of the largest General Contractors in the San Francisco Bay Area, and his father was a leading national General Contractor whose specialty was building regional malls throughout the western United States. Mr. Rhodes has an MBA, has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor for over 34 years, and has established more than 35 unique investment entities to serve as optimal ownership.

Mr. Rhodes worked with his father, and after an extensive apprenticeship, was primarily responsible for all investment and operation decisions for numerous office, retail, industrial, multi-family residential, thermal energy, and alternate energy production property types. Our specialty has always been finding underperforming properties, defining needed corrective action, providing liability protection, and delivering maximum returns net of tax effects to the owners, tenants, and vendors of each investment entity.
